See you soon!! 💕 📍I am located at the Sola Salons on Washington Avenue, on the second floor (in between of the TacoDeli and B&B Butchers & Restaurant) 🅿️ Parking can be found in the back of the building by the train tracks( Whether you turn into Silver or Sabine) 🤍 You can cross the street into the building and either take the stairs or the elevator to the 2nd floor ! 💕 Please make sure to fill the consent form sent to you after booking 💕A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit must be made to book your appointment, when coming in for your service you just pay the rest left of your total. 💕Make sure your hair is at least 3 weeks long after you last shaved that way we can make sure everything will come up! If this is your first wax your hair might not all come up. 💕If you’re going back to work please make sure to bring an extra pair of panties if your getting any bikini service, just to prevent any dead skin cells from going into your freshly waxed skin. 💕I do have a 5 minute grace period, just pretend your appointment is 5 mins earlier so you’ll be early/ on time versus being late especially with this Houston traffic😩 💕after 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled! So please be on time OR contact me prior if you’re going to be late, so we can both move accordingly. 💕Masks are not required, but optional if feeling under the weather at time of the appointment 💕No extra guests allowed, well behaved kids are welcome💕Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations:
We greatly appreciate at least a 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment. If you would like to cancel your appointment you can cancel through your email that was sent to you when you booked your appointment. Your credit card on file will be charged a 50% cancellation fee if cancelling less than the 24hr. notice. Please do not text to cancel an appointment unless its within the 24hrs
Late policy/Grace Period:
I do have a grace period of 5 minutes. By the 5 minute mark you should already be inside me room. If by the 10 minute mark the client is not in my room, the appointment will be canceled.
No shows:
If a client is a no show (there was no contact made via phone, text, or email before the appointment) the credit card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount. If the card declines you will not be able to reschedule until the fee is paid! So please let me know! I’m very understanding and things happen
Rescheduling:
We appreciate rescheduling before the 24hr mark. If you’re trying to reschedule same day your appointment will be cancelled and a new appointment with a new deposit will be made for your desired date and time 💕
